AdvoServ provides nationally recognized services for children, adolescents and adults with a range of developmental disabilities and mental health issues. These individuals display behavioral challenges such as aggression, conduct disorders, property destruction, and self-injury. Most require extensive training to overcome years of limited opportunities to learn and grow. We offer a comprehensive array of services designed to effectively treat these problems and teach skills in order to return individuals to their families and communities. Our programs demonstrate significant success in behavioral, educational and adaptive domains for individuals who often have not benefited from previous attempts at programming. POSITIONS IN DELAWARE, FLORIDA AND NEW JERSEY:
- Direct support specialists: Associate or Bachelor degrees (or equivalent experience); full or part-time for day, evening and night schedules.
- Special education teachers: Certified or eligible for certification to teach students with varying exceptionalities; five days a week; small classrooms.
- Behavior analysts and specialists: Bachelors through Ph.D.'s to oversee the treatment of unique individuals with behavioral issues.
- Administrators/supervisors: Experienced individuals to manage service components of varying sizes.
