Children, adolescents and adults with autism, developmental disabilities, severe emotional disturbances, dual diagnoses, conduct disorders,
medical concerns and related diagnoses. Some have been prenatally exposed to drugs and alcohol; some have been institutionalized or experienced many placements over the years; some have been brought before the courts because of their problems. |

Histories and diagnostic labels vary, but individuals referred to AdvoServ share a common need:
- specialized treatment for significant behavioral problems such as aggression, property destruction, oppositional behavior, self-injury, and inappropriate sexual behavior.
- intensive training in life skills which have not been addressed through years of limited opportunities to learn and develop.

Many individuals who evidence problem behavior can be served with resources in their home communities, some cannot. For those whose problems have not been successfully resolved despite many attempts at programming and treatment, extensive use of medication, special staffing and multiple placements, AdvoServ offers a viable choice, sometimes a last resort. We specialize in turning a last resort into a fresh start. |
